Amy Law Elected to Board of Directors

Amy Law, Financial Operations Manager at Preferred Mutual Insurance Company, has been elected to the Commerce Chenango Board of Directors. This position will take effect immediately and last for a duration of three years.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and policy-making concerns of Commerce Chenango. Working closely with other board members, Law will help the organization further its mission of serving the Greater Chenango County area and its members.

Law has been with Preferred Mutual for 19 years. In her role as Financial Operations Manager, she oversees a team of seven employees and is responsible for all of the company's cash receivables and payables. Law is a graduate of the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville. A lifetime resident of Chenango County, she currently resides in Oxford, N.Y.
