Michelle Raue was recently appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Claims Officer for Preferred Mutual Insurance Company.

Michelle has over 30 years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience and uses that extensive knowledge to leverage data and analytics to measure and drive performance efficiencies. She oversees the development and implementation of innovative claims handling strategies to improve the customer experience and reduce liability costs. 

With Michelle’s extensive claims background and dynamic ability to drive continuous process and performance improvements, Preferred Mutual will continue to provide a differentiated claims experience not only for the company, but for its agents and policyholders alike.
