Jeffrey C. Fasoldt recently joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.
Fasoldt will lead the company’s financial operations and assist the Executive team in critical strategic matters across the organization. He will be instrumental in providing continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic objectives,
accurate and timely financial information, and recommendations to enhance the financial performance of the organization.
Fasoldt has over 20 years of C-level Financial Executive experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in accounting, finance, operations, information technology, facilities, project management, human resources, treasury, legal, mergers
& acquisitions, and internal control to Preferred Mutual. Jeff advanced his knowledge and skill in the Finance and Information Systems field through his executive leadership roles with Element K, Sutherland Global Services, Toshiba Business
Solutions, Annese & Associates, and the DiMarco Group.
A highly regarded and active business and community leader, Jeff has been recognized for outstanding executive and financial work including being honored as the Rochester Financial Executive of the Year in 2011 and the 2022 Outstanding Business Leader award from Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology. He serves on the board of Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity and Campus Auxiliary Services at SUNY Geneseo and is past Board Chair of Catholic Charities of Livingston County and past President of the Rochester chapter of Financial Executives International.
Fasoldt holds a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, an M.B.A. from Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology and numerous professional licenses including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
