Michelle Raue was recently promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Claims Officer for Preferred Mutual Insurance Company. Since joining Preferred Mutual in August 2020, Michelle has led the Claims organization as well as PMIC’s Transformation initiative.

With over 30 years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience, Michelle uses her extensive knowledge to oversee the development and implementation of innovative claims handling strategies to improve the customer experience and reduce liability costs. 

Her extensive claims background and dynamic ability to drive continuous process and performance improvements helps PMIC to continue to provide a differentiated claims experience, not only for the company, but for its agents and policyholders alike.
