In her new role, Lori will oversee both the desk and field property teams and will be responsible for all of our independent adjusting staff.

Lori joined Preferred Mutual in 2011 as a No-Fault Claim Representative and quickly demonstrated her exceptional skills and dedication. She subsequently moved to the liability team and has since held various leadership roles, including No-Fault Manager and BSU Manager. In 2020, Lori was promoted to Property Manager, where she has been instrumental in driving the success and efficiency of the property claims operations.
