With 20 years of experience in both Enterprise IT and Financial Services, Chris has been a key member of the leadership and IT team at Preferred Mutual, driving significant advancements within the IT Operations team.

In his tenure at Preferred Mutual, Chris has made substantial contributions that have streamlined operations and enhanced overall efficiency. He was instrumental in implementing a new, more efficient service desk ticketing system and an enhanced disaster recovery solution, and also optimized internal processes through vendor consolidation. 

In his new role, Chris will be responsible for leading the strategic transition of our systems, modernizing our IT infrastructure, and enhancing the services provided by the IT operations team. Please join us in congratulating Chris Marlow on his well-deserved appointment!
