Nathan will be recognized at the 2025 RISE Leadership Summit & Awards Gala, taking place June 16–18 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Preferred Mutual Insurance Company is proud to announce that Nathan Baker, Property Claims Manager, has been named to the 2025 RISE “35 Under 35” list, an annual recognition of top rising talent in the insurance industry.

Nathan brings 11 years of insurance experience to his role at Preferred Mutual, where he manages First Party Property Claims. He holds both the Associates in Claims (AIC) designation and the Claims College Professional (CCP) certification. Outside of work, Nathan serves as a volunteer firefighter and Secretary for the Worcester Fire Department, where he has been an active member since 2011.

The RISE “35 Under 35” Awards recognize young professionals who are making a meaningful impact in their company, community, and the insurance industry. To be eligible, honorees must be 35 years old or younger by June 17, 2025, and work in the insurance sector.
