Eric Guinn Appointed Auto Physical Damage Manager

In this role, Eric is responsible for overseeing members of Preferred Mutual’s Auto Physical Damage claims team, supporting the delivery of responsive, high-quality service for policyholders and agency partners while helping ensure efficient claims operations.

Eric joined Preferred Mutual in 2019 as part of the Business Services Unit (BSU) Claims Support team. After building a strong foundation in claims support operations, he advanced into a Claims Trainee role within the Auto Physical Damage unit and later joined the Commercial Auto Claims team, specializing in heavy equipment claims. He subsequently progressed to Senior Claims Representative before returning to Claims Support in a leadership capacity, where he most recently served as Manager.

Throughout his tenure at Preferred Mutual, Eric has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and team development. He earned his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and currently serves as Co-Lead of the In Person at Preferred initiative.
