Kenneth Klinner Appointed Vice President of Technology and Digital Services

Preferred Mutual is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Klinner as Vice President of Technology and Digital Services. In his new role, Ken will provide leadership across Preferred Mutual's Infrastructure & Networking, Service Desk, and Application Services functions.

Ken joins Preferred Mutual after eight years with Erie Insurance, where he most recently served as Senior IT Director of Personal Lines Technology. In that role, he led large cross-functional technology teams, partnered closely with business and IT leaders, and drove major modernization efforts, including core platform transformation and cloud adoption. His broader career experience includes insurance sales, manufacturing operations, and service as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan.

Ken holds an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa. His broad technology and insurance experience, leadership background, and focus on strong business and technology partnerships position him well to help advance Preferred Mutual's technology strategy and continued modernization.
